This is a self-guided worksheet. The separately offered no-charge walkthrough is discussed on a call. Use test identities or approved internal records. Keep private client and patient data out of public forms.
First 5 minutes: try the path.
- Call your own business. If no one answers, check what happens next.
- Submit one clearly labeled test request on your own site.
- Record when a useful reply arrives and who owns it.
Next 5 minutes: look at recent outcomes.
- Choose ten recent eligible leads and remove duplicate contacts.
- Count replies, confirmed bookings, attended visits, and paid sales.
- Check whether each cancellation or no-show has a clear next step.
Last 5 minutes: choose what to check first.
- Can a visitor see what you do and how to reach you?
- Does each lead have a named owner?
- Do clients have a fair chance to share honest feedback? Do not filter requests to only happy clients.
- What one gap has enough evidence to review next?

Observed gap and source: ______________________________
Owner and next step: ______________________________
Baseline, cost, and review date: ______________________________
A gap is a question to investigate. It is not proof of lost revenue. Use the existing tools when they can do the job.
