Before you spend more on leads, understand what happens after someone contacts your medspa.

You may already have people asking about your services. I want you to see whether they get a useful reply, book a time, and become a paying client.

5-Day Revenue Recovery Decision Audit · $2,500 one-time

Book A Call

We confirm fit before a paid decision. Booking a call does not buy the audit.

The question is not simply whether you need more leads.

A missed call, a slow reply, and an empty appointment slot are different problems. They may need different fixes. Before I recommend a new tool or more ad spend, I want to know what happened and what your team can change.

We follow the inquiry through your business. We check who owns the next step, what is recorded, and where the evidence stops. A setting in a tool you own or a clearer process may be enough.

You should leave knowing what to do, and why.

You keep the audit whether we implement a fix or not. Missing facts stay visible. They do not become a revenue claim.

Five places to look, not five assumed leaks.

  • Missed calls: is there a clear owner and callback path?
  • Slow follow-up: how long does a useful next step take?
  • Dormant contacts: who may be contacted, and on which channel?
  • Reviews and referrals: is there a fair step for honest feedback?
  • No-shows: who owns the follow-up and records the outcome?

See the work before you decide.

The sample uses made-up records to show how I count each person, check the math, and choose a next step. It is not a clinic result or a forecast.

Why I look at how a business works.

There was a time in real estate when I worked 60 to 80 hours a week. The income mattered, and so did how much time it took, which made me want a clearer way to work.

With Blue Star, I want to help you understand what is happening, so you can make a choice you feel good about. A small fix may be enough, or we may need more facts before we choose any work.

Know what you are buying.

$2,500 one-time. Five business days after agreed inputs and access are accepted. The scope sets the actual start and delivery date.

The current paid-audit screen includes modeled leakage of at least $15,000 per month. It does not claim that the amount has been lost or can be recovered. Capacity, records, and contact permission also matter.

A later implementation is optional. Any audit-fee credit is conditional, not a cash refund. Read the terms, refund policy, and data and security details before you accept paid work.

Questions before a call

What is a medspa revenue-recovery audit?

It reviews what happens after someone contacts your clinic. It checks replies, booking, no-shows, follow-up, and sales. The goal is a clear decision about what to fix first.

When do the five days start?

The five-business-day target starts after the scope is signed, the approved access method is set, and the required records pass the evidence Safety Check. Your written scope states the agreed start and delivery dates.

What data is needed?

The scope may call for recent leads, call logs, booking outcomes, follow-up records, and sales or payment records. We agree on what is needed and how it can be shared before non-public data is reviewed.

Does the paid audit have an economic fit rule?

Yes. The current screen requires modeled paid-demand leakage of at least $15,000 per month, plus useful records, capacity, and a lawful contact basis. A model is not proof of lost or recoverable revenue. This rule is for the paid medspa audit, not the general marketing call.

Do you replace our CRM?

Not by default. We start with your current tools. Access and the agreed workflow determine what they can support. No universal software compatibility is promised.

Do you have proven medspa revenue results?

We are still building medspa-specific case history. The sample and workflow examples show the method, not client outcomes. A public case needs source evidence, a time window, limits, and written permission.

Is implementation required?

No. You keep the findings and implementation map. You may act with your team, another provider, or Blue Star. The answer may be to wait or do a small fix yourself.

Is the audit credit a refund?

No. A credit may apply to an approved later implementation under published acceptance terms and the applicable order form. The amount, eligibility, application, and any expiration must be disclosed before acceptance. It is not extra revenue or a cash refund.

What happens if the work is not worth funding?

The audit should say so. A supported estimate still needs real costs, capacity, and a clear measurement plan. We do not force a bigger engagement.

What are the cancellation and ownership terms?

You keep the audit findings and map. The accepted scope and published terms govern cancellation, refund treatment, access, deliverables, and any implementation credit. Read them before a paid decision. Earlier signed agreements keep their own terms.

Useful answers to deeper questions

A clear first step

See if the audit fits before you spend $2,500.

I would like to understand what you want to change, so we can focus on what matters to you. First, answer a few questions. Then choose a time for a 15-minute Zoom call.

What we will do in 15 minutes

  1. Talk about your goal and what feels stuck.
  2. Look at what you have tried and ask a few useful questions.
  3. Choose a next step. That may mean working together, checking more facts, or leaving it there.

It is fine to say the fit is not right. This call does not buy an audit or commit you to paid work.

A few details before we talk

Three quick checks before you choose a time

1. Can you keep 15 minutes free for us? I would like your full focus, even if your inbox has other plans.

2. Can you join Zoom from one quiet spot? I would like to hear you, not hold a call with your steering wheel.

3. If your day changes, will you move the time or let me know? A quick note beats a game of hide-and-seek.

Not ready to agree? You can stop here and come back later. “No” or “Not sure” about records does not rule out a general call. The paid medspa audit has its own fit check.

Use business details only. Do not send private client or patient records. Your answers go to Calendly when you choose to schedule. A time is held only after Calendly confirms your booking.
